What data we collect

We collect personal data that you provide directly to us, and limited technical data collected automatically as you use the site.

How we use your data

We use the personal data described above for the following purposes only.

• —To send transactional emails related to your enquiry, and to honour unsubscribe requests
• —To understand, in aggregate and where you have consented, how visitors use the site so we can improve it

Legal basis for processing

We process contact and correspondence data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating our business relationships (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or to take steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Analytics data is processed only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the "Cookies" link in the site footer.

Sharing your data

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, and only to the extent necessary to run this website — including our hosting provider (Cloudflare), our database provider (Supabase), and, where you have consented to analytics, Microsoft (Clarity). We may also disclose data where required by law.

International data transfers

Some of our service providers are based outside the European Economic Area, notably in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiry and correspondence data for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterward in case of follow-up, and no longer than is necessary for the purposes described above or required by law. Analytics data is retained according to the periods described in our Cookie Policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, in relation to the personal data we process about you, you have the right to:

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
