System Design
Our engineers translate operational requirements into a custom infrastructure proposal: locker dimensions, system length, capacity, access methods, branding, integrations and software workflows — designed for the exact environment it will live in.
03Stage 3 of 5
Engineering & Manufacturing
We manufacture everything ourselves. The steel bodywork, the doors and locking mechanisms, the control electronics and circuit boards, the touchscreen terminal and the software that drives it are all designed and built in our own European facilities, under our own quality control. Nothing critical is outsourced — which is why the system is engineered to run for years in demanding environments.
04Stage 4 of 5
Installation
On-site deployment, configuration and operational integration. Our teams work alongside facility, IT and operations stakeholders to bring the system online without disrupting daily activity.
05Stage 5 of 5
Long-Term Partnership
Maintenance, expansion, optimization and support. Qeeper Heavy is infrastructure, not a transaction — we partner across the lifecycle of the deployment, from first installation to multi-site scale-up.
